Dr. Zelikov helped me out the same day I called with my emergency (actually took me in 2 hours later). This was my 1st time here & I have terrible dentist anxiety. Considering, it was a great experience. The dental assistant was a doll and SO comforting! She did my x-rays and they were over in no time. Dr. Z was kind and extremely patient with me needing so many breaks throughout. I also appreciated their transparency throughout the process. They both talked me through a plan to address the work that’s needed. I’ve been to offices where the doctors just don’t put in that kind of time with their patients. That’s not this office. Shout out to the receptionists too!

Kelly Trumble is the Dental Assistant that cleans my teeth and my mouth on a regular basis. I know that I have an issue with opening my mouth wide, like I was able to do on the past. Despite less ease to clean my mouth due to its current state, Kelly is diligent in making sure that my mouth, teeth, and oral cavity have become very clean again. I applaud her effort in being very efficient at her work. In addition, I applaud her work style & personality that means I enjoy my appointment and then of course, the ongoing improvement to the cleanliness of my mouth and teeth. Thank-you, Kelly!

Maureen is an excellent dental hygienist! I always look forward to my appointments. I schedule at least 3, sometimes 4 per year. She is thorough, knowledgeable about all new practices, and technology, keeps copious records, and most importantly, she’s a pleasure to work with. Something that always strikes me, that extends well beyond her skills as a hygienist is the incredible relationships and wonderful rapport that she has with her colleagues. From the office staff, to the dentists and assistants, Maureen is well respected and valued by all.

Great experience. I’ve had 3 visits recently after delaying checkup during Covit and had several cavities that need filling. Dr. Shutts was great: explained everything he was about to do, and best yet – there was zero pain: I didn’t even feel the needle for the local anesthetic. I was accommodated quickly, given every detail of the procedures, and had no discomfort whatsoever. Definitely 5 stars! (Also quite impressive was the coordination with his assistant during the procedures. She knew exactly what to do every step of the way and needed little direction from Dr. Shutts: they make quite a team!)
